You’ll confirm the property name and exact address after payment. CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULING & WEATHER

The first 20% is nonrefundable. Cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled start time to receive a refund of payments beyond the initial 20%. Requests within 48 hours are nonrefundable, but may be moved to another available date.

Property permission and an approved time for us to enter must be arranged before setup day. Do not submit passwords or lock codes through this form.
