Where does the picnic take place?
The experience takes place in Isabela, Puerto Rico. Exact location details and directions are shared 24 hours before your experience date.
Can I book for one guest or bring more people?
Yes. The $375 starting price includes the first two guests, so you can book for one guest at the same price. Each additional guest is $100, and your updated total appears before payment.
Can I reserve with a deposit?
For experience dates more than 30 days away, you may choose a 20% nonrefundable deposit. On the $375 starting price, that is $75 now and the remaining $300 is due seven days before your picnic. Extra guests and add-ons change the total and payment amounts. Dates within 30 days require payment in full.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Heavy rain or thunderstorms are handled separately from guest cancellations. We may move your experience to another time that day or to another available date.
What is the cancellation and rescheduling policy?
The first 20% is nonrefundable. Cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled start time to receive a refund of payments beyond the initial 20%. Requests within 48 hours are nonrefundable, but may be moved to another available date.
